On the ground floor there is a meeting room for 1-10 people. The room is adjacent to the restaurant where you can also use the combination with this room to go out in small workgroups. Meeting room 7 is a good sub room.
In the meeting rooms you can book a coffee/tea package for € 5.25, per person, per part of the day, if you wish to make use of coffee and tea. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the meeting rooms. If you would also like to have lunch, this is possible. There is a choice between a Lunch base or a Lunch luxury. Lunch can be served in the meeting room or in the lunchroom.

Parking is possible for a fee in front of the building on the Arthur van Schendelstraat. There is also a parking garage that can be used depending on availability. A day ticket costs 14 euros. people@places Utrecht Nieuwe Vaart is easily accessible by public transport. Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn railway station is right next to the complex. The Utrecht express tram, which runs from Hoog Catharijne via Kanaleneiland to Nieuwegein Zuid and IJsselstein, also stops on Vaartsche Rijn. The Uithoflijn towards the university campus will also have a stop at this station. Bus lines 2, 8, 12, and 47 will take you to Utrecht CS in a few minutes.
