What is Deskbookers?
Deskbookers is an online marketplace where you can find and book a meeting room or workspace. Are you looking for a meeting room for your team to meet or do you need a training room to give a workshop? You can find and book it all on Deskbookers!
How do I register at Deskbookers?
To register at Deskbookers is very easy. Please go to our homepage and click on the Register button. You can find this button at the top of the homepage. You can register filling in your e-mail or to login using your LinkedIn profile. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
How do I book a room?
To book a room is quite easy on our website. Please visit our homepage and use our search engine. To find rooms that have realtime availability please fill in:

  • Area
  • Date + times
  • Number of people

Click on search. Now you will see all available rooms that meets your requirements. Click on a roompage to see more information about a particular meeting room or workplace. Do you want to book the room. Please follow these steps:

  • Select a date and drag the time in the agenda.
  • Select and book extra’s in step 2 of the booking process.
  • You can select a payment method in the next step. It is possible to pay by credit card, PayPal or iDEAL.
  • Press book to complete your booking.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation by email. This confirmation will be send to the venue as well. Therefore the venue will know about your visit and can you use the room at the moment you have booked it.
How do I edit a booking?
Would you like to extend your booking or do you want to reschedule the booking to another date? Please use our edit function to edit your booking.
Please login on Deskbookers and select Future Bookings. Please select the booking you would like to edit and adjust the booking to whatever you want to.

Note: Make sure you save your adjustments!
How do I cancel a booking?
It is possible to cancel a booking. You can do this until 24 hours in advance of your booking. Please login on Deskbookers and select Future Bookings in your menu. Select the booking that you want to cancel and click Cancel Booking. You will get a confirmation of your cancellation by email.

You can cancel your booking for free until 24 hours before the start of your meeting. Otherwise Deskbookers will the charge the full amount of the booking.
What is Deskbookers’ cancellation policy?
You can cancel a booking 24 hours in advance of the booking. If not, Deskbookers will charge the full amount of the booking.
How do I pay?
It is possible to pay with credit card, PayPal or iDeal (Dutch payment method).
What do I have to do when I arrive at the venue?
After you have made a booking, a booking confirmation has been sent to the venue. Most of our venues has a reception or host to welcome you. If a venue does not have such, you will get extra information how to enter the venue or meeting room in the booking confirmation.
How do I know which facilities a room has?
You can find all facilities of a venue at the venuepage. Think of parking possibilities, lunch or WIFI. Besides that, you can book extra’s as lunch, beamer or coffee and tea. You can find this on each roompage under ‘products’. You can book products in the second step of the booking process.
What is the difference between ‘Book’ and ‘Request’
On our website, we offer different kind of venues. You can recognize venues that are directly bookable by the ‘Book’ button. This means that these venues keep their agenda up-to-date. If a room is available and you book a room at this kind of venue, your booking will be definite.

Venues that do not keep their online agenda up-to-date are recognisable by the ‘Request’ button. When you want to book a room at this kind of venue you have to make a bookingrequest. The venue has 24 hours to accept or decline your request. When a venue responds to your request, you will be updated by email.
