A pleasant room with optimal daylight that we can furnish in any desired arrangement. E.g. a U-shape, block arrangement or a circle of chairs. Standard present are a beamer, a projection screen, a whiteboard, a flipchart and pens (no extra costs). Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available in the Grand Café or the Coffee Lounges. Please note: we rent our rooms in combination with (mandatory) purchase of an arrangement. For a nice lunch or meal you can visit our Grand Café or restaurant (first floor). Tasty sandwiches, nutritious salads or a savoury snack can be ordered quickly and easily via the small menu in the Grand Café. Every day between 12.00 and 14.00 we serve an extensive lunch buffet at € 22.50 p.p.

When you enter, all you have to do is report to the host or hostess. You will receive your key and room number. We will also go over the details of your reservation. Your room number and name of your meeting are also listed on our signage monitors.
There are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of Aristo Utrecht. At the parking lot on the left side of the building there is an electric charging point available for our guests.
